[Storage and expiry date] Store in a cool and dry place (2-30 ° C), valid for 24 months.
1. This test card is only applicable for testing sheep serum/whole blood.
2. Serum: Extract 2-3ml of blood according to conventional methods and place it in a clean and dry test tube. Let it stand for about 1 hour until the blood clots, then centrifuge at 4000 rpm for 10 minutes (or let the blood stand for about 2 hours until the blood clots and naturally precipitates serum), and separate the serum. Require clear serum, no hemolysis, and no contamination. Serum samples can be stored at 2-8 ℃ in the short term, but need to be stored at -20 ℃ for the long term.
3. Whole blood: On the day fresh anticoagulant whole blood is collected, use it. Whole blood without anticoagulant is collected and used immediately.
[Test Method]
1. Serum/whole blood sampling method: Tear open the aluminum foil packaging bag of the test card, take out the test card, place it on a flat and clean table, use a straw inside the bag to slowly add 1 drop of blood serum or 2 drops of whole blood to the sampling hole, and then add 2 drops of diluent to the sampling hole.
2. Store at room temperature for 10-15 minutes to determine the result, and the color development result after 15 minutes is invalid.
【 Result judgment 】
1. Negative: Within the observation hole, only a purple red line appears in the control line area (C).
2. Positive: In the observation hole, both the detection line area (T) and the control line area (C) show a purple red line. The higher the antibody titer, the darker the color of the detection line (T).
3. Invalid: Within the observation hole, there is no purple red line in the control line area (C).
